The Radium heats the atmosphere by reflecting the thermal energy generated by the combustion of the air-gas mixture inside the radiant tubes into the desired environment using parabolic aluminum reflectors. Radium tube-type radiants heat people and objects, ensuring optimal comfort. - Tubular radiant heaters use heat-treated aluminum steel mesh tubes for efficient and effective heating. - Our mesh tubes are high-performance alumina tubes made from calorized steel coils for your aluminum. - From raw tube to finished tube, the production process undergoes special procedures to achieve the highest radiation capacity in usage areas. Radiant Heat Dissipation: - Isohypse curve of radiant heat dissipation for Radium tube. - Radiant efficiency: 92% using specific radiant tubes for steel and aluminum, minimizing heat loss. - Maximum heat transfer and radiation capacity are directly related to the quality and suitability of the connecting tube. Reflectors: - Outgoing radiation beams from the tube surface are shown in red (solid line), and beams reflected by the reflector are shown in orange (dotted line). - High-reflectivity aluminum material is used for the reflectors to maximize energy reflection. - Reflectors are used in tubular radiant devices to redirect radiation from dead spots (usually facing the ceiling) back into the environment, increasing heating efficiency. Control Devices: - Remote control. - Pako switched manual control. - Integration via control card. - Automatic thermostat control. - Integration into automation systems (SCADA control). Various control scenarios allow for proper and appropriate management of the products. The most suitable control scenario is chosen based on on-site usage and site conditions, facilitating both fuel savings and long-term, trouble-free service. - Protection by password. - 24/7 programmable function. - 128 x 64 graphic LCD screen. - Heat retention mode. - Anti-freeze protection device. - Computer communication port. - Automatic and manual control options. - Possibility to connect an external temperature sensor. - Control of up to 8 independent zones and 32 devices in total. Analog Thermostat: Automatically turns the device off when the set temperature is reached and back on when the ambient temperature drops below the desired value, saving fuel. Temperature Sensor: Enables fuel savings by reducing the modulation value of the device according to weather conditions. When the desired temperature is reached, the device turns off automatically and restarts at the most appropriate temperature level when needed. Pako Switched Manual Control: Allows step-adjustable manual control for local solutions where a control panel is not required. Heating elements can be controlled with independent step adjustment. Remote Control: Simple to use with 3 buttons and easy functions. All Daygas products can be controlled remotely with a single remote. - Quick start-up - Anti-freeze protection - Low emission rate - High safety level - Safe gas valve system - Low energy consumption - Easy maintenance and installation - Flame-retardant, heat-resistant cable - Two types of tubular Radium: I and U - 2 or 5 stages with thermostats or remote control - Radiant heating without air ventilation - Fault and stage notification on the display screen
