Log splitter DG-PRO-400

Product Details: The DG-PRO-400 has been specifically developed to optimise firewood production using wood from 8 to 40 cm. The wood is placed on a feed belt and is moved automatically through the saw. A measuring roller descends onto the wood and when it comes into contact with a hydraulic stop, determines the length of the wood and holds it in place before it is cut by the circular saw. Its system of a patented push-pull rod then splits the wood on two splitting heads, 2/4/6 or 2/4/8, positioned opposite each other. The push-pull rod therefore never returns empty, and the cycles are exceptionally short. Depending on the diameter of the log and the desired billet size, the catch pan is positioned vertically in front of the relevant splitting head. A retractable drawer removes the woodscrap. The billets fall into a billet scraper positioned under the machine and are moved to the container of your choice.
