Mcv1 is a 100% inspection and sorting machine with a 245 mm diameter metal table, optimized for bolts and hangable metal components in the range M4-M12 and underhead length in the range 10-90 mm, can be configured on request for larger size ranges or, through special feeders, for bushings, pins, and fittings. Operating in continuous or indexed mode on 20 or 40 positions (plus 10 in special execution) per turn of the table, the machine can be freely modularly equipped with different feeding systems and up to 5 control stations. Mcv1 100% sorting machine works by Dimac MCVx 2.0 vision software and control system, supported by Dimac PLC-managed handling system.
