100% inspection and sorting machine with a 340 mm diameter metal table suited to 30, 50, or 70 slots, MCV4 is characterized by high production performances thanks to the patented double-step indexed movement that allows the simultaneous control of two pieces in two twin control stations. Optimized for bolts and hangable metal components in the range M5-M16 and underhead length up to 120 mm, the machine can be freely modularly equipped with different feeding systems and up to 5 control stations. The machine works by Dimac MCVx 2.0 vision software and control system, supported by Dimac PLC-managed handling system.
