Description The EV40 extrusion valve is an electro-pneumatically controlled applicator. The spraying process is generated by the control air and the material feed pressure and can be carried out either as an intermittent or continuous process. It is controlled via the 5/2-way solenoid valve integrated in the body. The valve is available with both a short nozzle (KV) and a long nozzle (LV). Optionally with raster regulation including needle monitoring (function monitoring of the needle). Advantages Short paths within the entire air supply range and the fast-switching solenoid valve allow up to 20 switching cycles per second. The grid regulation enables the material quantity to be set easily.
