OverviewDSTI SE Series 4-passage rotary unions provide four independent flow passages in a compact design for high-pressure, space-limited applications. Standard radial threaded connections on shaft and housing (SAE-ORB/BSPP); optional axial O-ring face-seal connections for face/flush mounting (specify at order). Designed for mechanical integration with electrical slip rings to combine fluid and electrical/data transfer.

Notes / cautionsUse rust-inhibited fluids for Water/Glycol or Coolant. Oil/Hydraulic media must be petroleum-based. Operational life depends on rotational speed and duty cycle; continuous operation near maximum speed may reduce life. Temperatures above 220°F (105°C) or water media above 212°F (100°C) require alternate seal materials and special material/seal selections.
