Description

Product overview
The D-FW 440 L is an in-situ filter leakage monitor certified to EN 15859 (TÜV). Based on the triboelectric principle, it provides real-time detection of solid particles in gas flows with low maintenance and direct duct measurement.

Benefits
  • Reliable leak detection
Real-time, direct measurement inside the duct for immediate detection of filter failures.
  • Standards compliance
Designed for monitoring in accordance with EN 15267-1/-2, EN 15859 and related international standards.
  • Proven triboelectric technology
Particle detection based on charge interaction, suitable for demanding industrial environments.
  • Easy installation and integration
Compact design, ready to mount; standard 4–20 mA output and two independent alarm relays for system integration.
  • Low maintenance operation
No moving parts or consumables reduce downtime and operating costs.
  • Supports predictive maintenance
Detects changes in cleaning pulse magnitude and emission trends to prevent unplanned shutdowns.
  • Wide industry applicability
Applicable in cement, steel, power, pharmaceuticals, wood, food processing and other industries.

Compliance & Certifications
  • TÜV certified according to EN 15267-1 (2009)
  • EN 15267-2 (2023)
  • EN 15859 (2010)
  • EN 14181 (2015)
  • US EPA capable

Applications
  • Filter leak detection and dust emission control
Continuous surveillance of baghouses, cyclones and exhaust ducts to ensure early detection of filter deterioration.
  • Process control and trend monitoring
Detects disturbances (cleaning, ventilation) and supports long-term performance analysis.
  • Retrofit and compact installations
Suitable for upgrades and confined spaces where direct in-situ measurement is required.
