Product description
Polyamide-based (PA) technopolymer retained washer. The cone compresses during assembly and embeds into the screw thread, preventing the washer from coming loose. The part is fully made of insulating material resistant to corrosion and chemicals, suitable where weight reduction and electrical insulation are required (automotive, industry, aeronautics, electronics).

Features and applications

• Conical section smaller than the screw diameter: compresses and locks into the thread to avoid loosening.
• Single-use assembly: removable only by unscrewing the screw.
• Insulating material with resistance to corrosion and many chemicals.
• Recommended for automotive, general industry, aeronautics and electronic applications where weight reduction is important.
• Tested for mechanical performance and dimensional tolerances; slight colour variations are normal and do not affect function.
