THREADED BODY Black-oxide steel, partially coated with PFB polyamide coating (see Technical data on page A-20), blue colour, for instant thread locking. PLUNGER Case-hardened ground black-oxide steel. STANDARD EXECUTIONS - GN 611-L: steel spring with normal end-force. - GN 611-LS: steel spring with heavy end-force, threaded body with two laser-engraved lines. WORKING TEMPERATURE From -50°C to +90°C. FEATURES AND APPLICATIONS GN 611 threaded bolt spring plungers are normally used for machining sheets, as ejectors for push-on or push-off operations or as a cushion. SPECIAL EXECUTIONS ON REQUEST GN 611-L-MVK and GN 611-LS-MVK: thread locking by means of micro-encapsulated red patch (see Technical data on page A-20). Working temperature: from -40°C to +170°C.
