Definition
The double automatic fastening (series 94-200) is an assembly accessory composed of two self-tapping sleeves, two hex socket head screws and a double connector bar, designed to join two aluminium profiles at a 90° angle quickly and securely.

Material
- Zinc-plated steel.

Versions

• Double version: 90° connection for I-shaped aluminium profiles.
• Single version available (steel or stainless steel) for 90° connections of B- or I-shaped profiles.
• End-to-end connection variant available.

Dimensional range
- Available for profiles with 8 mm slot.

Application
- Provides a strong, quick 90° connection between two aluminium profiles.
- No pre-drilling required thanks to the self-tapping threads.

Assembly

• Screw the self-tapping sleeves into two opposite slots of the first profile from the end that will bear against the second profile.
• Slide the double connector bar into the slot of the second profile at the intended connection point.
• Insert the screws into the sleeves and tighten onto the connector bar to assemble the two profiles.
