The filters for diesel fuel can be divided into two sections: removal of the water present in the diesel fuel and filtering of solid contaminants. Model ES-FILTER (images 01-02-03): Emiliana Serbatoi developed its own fuel filter kit called ES-FILTER. Designed to efficiently remove water from fuel; compatible with Diesel, Gasoline / Petrol and Ethanol. ES-FILTER is a cartridge filter with transparent container and removable inner cartridge. It is designed to efficiently separate water from fuel. The amount of water and impurities present is immediately visible in the transparent bowl and can be efficiently cleaned out by a valve set in the bottom of the container. Characteristics: • - Inlet/Outlet: 1". • - Max flow rate: 70 l/min. • - Operating pressure: 5 bar. • - Dimensions: 110 head / 245 height / 90 diameter (mm). • - Operating temperature: -25 ÷ 110°C. • - Filtering capacity: 10µm 5µm impurities. The packaging includes: • - No.1 Filter head with 1” connections. • - No.1 Transparent container with bottom drainage valve. • - No.2 Cartridge clear for Water / Dirt. • - No.1 Gasket (head – transparent bowl filter). Model ES-BASIC FILTER water separator (image 08): The delivery filter is a water-absorbing cartridge. Characteristics: • - Inlet/Outlet: 1". • - Flow rate: 70 l/min. • - Pressure max: 4 bar. • - Dimensions: 97 head / 192 height / 95 diameter (mm). • - Operating temperature: -25 ÷ 110°C. • - Micro rating: 30 µm Model ES-BASIC FILTER to remove impurities (images 09): The delivery filter is a removing-impurities cartridge.
