Four-shaft industrial shredder MSC‑E series. Designed to process end-of-life lithium batteries using four counter-rotating cutting shafts. Cutting knives are made of wear-resistant alloy with replaceable tips for rapid servicing and reduced downtime. Low energy consumption and reliable operation under heavy-duty conditions. Built for safe and efficient mechanical pre-processing in battery recycling lines.

Processed materials
For recycling (after disassembly and full discharge):
  • Cylindrical cells including 18650, 21700, 4680 and similar
  • Prismatic hard-case cells
  • Pouch (soft-pack) cells
  • Prismatic plate-type cells
  • Small battery modules

Limitations: not recommended for shredding parts with high-strength bolts > 8 mm diameter, steel or aluminum sheets thicker than 2 mm, stainless steel sheets thicker than 1 mm.
