Description

Overview
Single-shaft shredder Enerpat series MSA-F equipped with PLC automatic control and large-capacity hopper. Designed to process medium and complex materials with throughput approximately 1–20 tonnes per hour depending on model and material. CE certified; key components from Siemens and other leading manufacturers. Standard warranty: 1 year on the installation, 5 years on the motor. Global service network with sample testing, engineering support and after-sales assistance.

Operating principle
  • Material feed: hydraulic cylinder-driven feeding box pushes material toward the cutting shaft; large hopper ensures continuous feed.
  • Size reduction: material is cut by the relative movement between rotating knives and fixed knives on the shaft.
  • Particle sizing: shredded material exits through a screen; output size determined by screen aperture.

Material testing
We perform tests on various materials such as drums, cables, gas cylinders and metal swarf; test photos and sample output images are available to demonstrate results.
