OverviewEnerpat MSA-H series scrap crusher is designed for efficient metal processing using high-speed hammer technology. The machines are fitted with Siemens and Schneider electrical components. Capacity varies by model — from about 1 to over 100 t/h depending on material type. The unit reduces metal size, separates contaminants and conditions material for downstream recycling.
Applications- Processing of EV and automotive body parts
- Shredding small household appliances and electrical assemblies
- Aluminium scrap, light steel and other metal wastes
- Example tested materials: oil drums/barrels, metal scrap, oil filters (demonstration tests)
Certifications and servicesThe series is CE and ISO certified. Warranty: 1 year on the complete machine and 5 years on the motor. Free material testing, assistance in project design, technical support and installation training are available.
Operating principle- Material is fed into the crushing chamber.
- Hammer heads mounted on a high-speed rotor strike the material repeatedly, breaking it and creating kinetic fragmentation.
- Crushed material passes through an interchangeable screen; particles of target size are discharged while contaminants are separated.
Key features and construction- Cabinet structure built from thick steel plates with wear-resistant design; upper and lower access for simplified maintenance.
- Special spindle design: hammer shaft with pull-out pin system allows rapid 360° hammer replacement and rotation; spindle made from high-strength alloy steel.
- Removable screen module for easy replacement; strict control of output particle size ensures homogeneous fraction.
- Feed and drive system using Siemens motor and high-standard pulleys for reliable operation.
- Intelligent control system: Siemens/Schneider PLC with visual interface, overload protection (automatic rotor reversal on overload) and stop-on-low-feed functions.
