OverviewPowerSafe® VM valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) batteries are designed for large-capacity stationary applications. Their modular design with an integral racking system enables a compact, quick and simple installation for telecommunications, utilities, high- and low-voltage UPS systems and emergency lighting applications.
Cell design and rackingCells feature thicker positive plates for extended life and are housed in dedicated modules that maintain constant, uniform compression throughout the cell life. Each cell includes an individual safety valve to allow controlled gas release if internal pressure rises.
