Description
The QUANTIZ® analysis system provides automatic evaluation and documentation of corrosion samples using a camera-based imaging unit and optimized illumination. The lighting technology enables analysis at different contrast levels and allows evaluation of filiform corrosion without manual removal of affected paint layers. Evaluation parameters are adjustable by the user to meet specific test requirements.

Possible evaluations
Scribe delamination, edge corrosion, filiform corrosion assessment and surface corrosion.

Purpose and Application
QUANTIZ® is an integrated hardware and software system for automated evaluation and documentation of various corrosion samples; connects via USB cable to standard laptops/PCs (to be supplied by the user). Designed for laboratory testing and quality control workflows.
