Description
Overview
Gas dryers for laboratory use. EURODIFROID gas dryers remove water from analyzers by cooling the gas and separating condensates. The unit operates by direct expansion: the gas to be cooled passes through a cooled exchanger-separator using an evaporating refrigerant. Water collects in the lower part of the separator and can be discharged by gravity or by a peristaltic pump. Outlet gas temperature is regulated by a hot gas injection valve to maintain a dew point of +1°C. Each unit can be supplied with 1, 2 or 3 independent circuits. Units are delivered ready-to-use and charged with non-CFC refrigerant. The cooling circuit is made of stainless steel 316L (low carbon) for improved resistance to corrosion and stress cracking.
