EXAIR's 1/4 FNPT external-mix round pattern atomizing nozzles deliver a high volume of liquid in a circular spray pattern for spot treatments, rinsing and localized coating. External mixing allows independent adjustment of air and liquid flows for precise atomization and process control in pressure-fed systems.

Materials
Atomizing nozzle components: Type 303 Stainless Steel. All EXAIR atomizing nozzles use Type 303 stainless steel to resist high temperatures and corrosive conditions. Maximum recommended operating temperature: 800°F (426°C).

Accessories
Mounting brackets are available for 1/8 FNPT, 1/4 FNPT and 1/2 FNPT models to provide secure installation. Brackets are constructed of Type 301 stainless steel.
