Overview
The Adjustable E-Vac® is a compressed‑air powered vacuum generator series from EXAIR. Vacuum level and flow are user‑adjustable to match application requirements. Units are compact, maintenance‑free (no moving parts) and suited for a wide range of industrial pick‑and‑place, clamping, lifting, packaging and surface‑handling tasks. The Straight‑Through Muffler version is recommended for particulate environments and provides superior sound reduction (up to 26 dBA).

Key Performance Notes
- Factory set to 15 in Hg (≈51 kPa); maximum ≈25 in Hg (≈85 kPa) on non‑porous surfaces (higher vacuum increases air consumption).
- Vacuum and flow adjusted by loosening lock ring and rotating exhaust; retighten to secure.
- Model selection provides different air consumption / flow capabilities (see models above).

Accessories and System Components
EXAIR offers Standard and Straight‑Through mufflers, fittings, push‑in connectors, polyurethane tubing (1/4" and 3/8"; lengths to 50'), check valves, vacuum gauges (0–30 in Hg), mounting clip, and optional filter/regulator. Recommendations include:

• Standard Muffler: closed end, for dust‑free environments
• Straight‑Through Muffler: resists debris buildup and gives best noise reduction
• Vacuum tubing: multiple sizes and lengths for system layout
