SF-TAG, a machine for the automatic production of pasta, suitable for continuously feed lines for the production of smooth noodles and lasagna pasta - plus the possibility of serving single and double sheet forming machines, it also can be used in the production of pasta rolling pins. Designed in every detail to produce a dry and compact pasta avoiding any type of stress and temperature changes which could be harmful to the sheet itself. Entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel with hygienic-sanitary design, to ensure a perfect cleaning. Designed to work with a mix lesser humidity than 30%, optimal for the production of flat pasta. The large diameter of the gremole and of the finishers rollers ensures a perfect compacting of the pasta even with low humidity.
