The RDS 200/300 DOUBLE SHEET RAVIOLI MACHINE is apt for the production of ravioli of different sizes and formats thanks to the possibility to quickly interchange different dies through the rapid clutch: it is enough to replace the gear that commands beating to adjust all phases of different dies. The machine was realised in total accordance with CE rules in force, in fact all parts in contact with food are made of stainless steel, to assure the maximal hygiene and inalterability of raw materials. All protections can be dissassembled and doors are openable, to ensure a proper cleaning.
