The LWS-PR01 laser welding system automates the complete production process for prismatic battery upper cover explosion-proof valves, from automatic loading, marking and code scanning to grading, in-line inspection, assembly, laser welding and unloading. Modular independent machines are integrated to ensure a continuous, traceable workflow optimized for high-volume battery manufacturing.
