Overview
Battery test chamber engineered for safe, repeatable testing of cells, modules and complete battery packs. Configurable to EUCAR risk levels 0–6 and designed to perform thermal abuse, transport simulation (UN 38.3), IEC 62133 / IEC 62660 profiles and UL test requirements. Manufactured by FDM (F.lli Della Marca), Italy.

• stillFACE: Dual displays for temperature and humidity; manual setpoints, continuous monitoring, configurable audio-visual alarms and optional RS485 for data logging — suited to stability tests and passive monitoring.
• revoFACE: 7" color touchscreen; programmable cycles (up to 10 programs × 50 segments), ramps/stasis/transitions, USB data export, event log, RS485/Ethernet connectivity and remote monitoring — suited to automated and complex cycle testing.

• Complete battery pack — 1200–2300 L: Large-scale thermal runaway — overpressure venting, tailored fire suppression and external gas evacuation.

Technical notes
Chambers are configurable to match battery chemistry, test protocol and required EUCAR level. Humidity control is independent from temperature cycles to avoid condensation on terminals and connectors. Gas-detection thresholds trigger alarms and can initiate automatic emergency procedures.
