Overview
The new table spindle moulder with tilting spindle from Format4 integrates advanced control options and precision engineering for professional machining tasks. With a long, solid cast-iron spindle table and refined detail solutions, the profil 45 M performs across demanding production and special machining applications. The machine is configured for industrial milling of wood and offers options for plastics and composite processing (c-tech line).

Package and control
The "x-motion" package provides enhanced operator ergonomics: it includes TFT monitors (x-motion: TFT 5.7"; Premium versions: TFT 15"; depending on configuration, fence control may be shown on a 7" TFT). The touch control allows spindle adjustment, fence control, selection of preconfigured programs and, optionally, use of a tool database.
