This machine can be used in-line since it is provided with a belt conveyer, or placed side by side with any machine that applies welt. The PS96 can do the following works: - pressing any kind of sole with welt - pressing the inter-sole upon the sole - pressing coupling materials in general, for example micro rubber and so on - pressing the heel placed by hand - pressing the heel upon the sole - pressing the top piece upon the heel - pressing the antiskid rubber sole upon the sole - pressing wedges up to the height of 120 mm. It is possible to press not straight heels or soles just replacing the pressing plate, there are various kind of pressing plates available, provided with different shapes The PS96 gives the possibility to regulate all the sides of the pressing process; you can regulate: - the pressure - the upstroke of the pressing plate, that gives the possibility to accelerate the process - the pressing length - the position of the sole. The PS96 is provided also with a device that pull out the sole from the pressing plate, useful when the sole, dirty by mastics, stick on the pressing plate; it avoid loss of time and damages.
