Morara Easy Quick ID internal cylindrical grinding machines are the perfect solution for all grinding companies seeking the greatest flexibility. Easy Quick ID can be adapted to individual grinding needs, whether these involve couplings, sleeves, sockets, spindles, etc. either for single pieces or small batch sizes, machining at multiple diameters (2 spindles with different speeds for internal grinding) or interpolations (one spindle for internal machining and one for the face cut). Depending on model, the Easy Quick ID enables grinding of holes up to 250 mm over a length of 150 mm and with a distance between workpiece headstock and carriage up to 1,700 mm. Movement is generated by means of a recirculating ball bearing guide driven via a coaxial coupling from the digital AC BRUSHLESS motor. Motion control is performed using an optical absolute measuring system (optional).
