The HF-4C series hydraulic press is designed specifically for preforming of long parts. It is also widely used for deburring, trimming and extrusion. Thanks to the 4 columns structure, it guarantees the possibility to access to the dies area on all 4 sides. This allows for a wide range of composition in full automatic forging lines. The light weight of the ram combined with the special upper mobile die holder raises this series to the top level of high performance multi preforming presses. HYDRAULIC UNIT Powerful hydraulic unit with proportional valves and special manifold design for the highest performance in the forging industry. REDUCED OVERALL SIZE The hydraulic power pack placed on the top of the press reduces the overall dimensions allowing high process speed. This reduces the contact time between the work piece and the dies, thus increasing the life of the dies. FAST RAM RETURN Thanks to the cylinder design and special high performance hydraulic valves, the lifting speed of the ram is very fast, thus reducing the working cycle time and energy consumption. Advantages The presses are designed with side openings that facilitate the installation of automatic arms for die lubrication, cleaning and cooling. According to the customer needs, our presses can be supplied with extended stroke, different vertical and horizontal openings and special working speed, in order to meet any special request. The electronic system with a Siemens PLC, with digital modular boards, checks and controls the machine cycles.
