OverviewThe 3S Lift aluminum ladder is designed for internal access in wind turbine towers. Manufactured from a high-strength specialized aluminum alloy with an anodized surface, it provides corrosion and wear resistance, easy assembly and compliance with multiple international safety standards. The ladder uses a flaring and riveting manufacturing technique that secures the rungs to the stiles and allows customization of width to suit tower internal layouts.
Product Details- High-quality rivets: Flaring and riveted joints provide crush and impact resistance at rung connections.
- Ladder anchor point: Dedicated anchor point for attaching personal fall-arrest equipment or as a suspension point for descent/escape devices.
- Modular connections: Sections and connection methods are customizable to meet project-specific lengths and configurations.
- Fixing systems: Range of brackets and connectors available for secure attachment to internal tower walls; custom brackets can be supplied.
- Resting platform: Intermediate folding platforms can be installed at selected rungs to provide technician rest areas and improve ergonomic safety.
Key Features- Durable construction: Anodized high-strength aluminum alloy for enhanced corrosion and wear resistance in tower environments.
- Customizable dimensions: Standard widths 470 / 490 / 575 mm; custom widths from 400 to 1000 mm; maximum section length 5880 mm.
- System compatibility: Can be used standalone or integrated with 3S Lift guide rails for Climb Auto Systems or Service Lifts.
- Mounting options: Supports and mounting brackets enable fastening non-foundation ladders to internal tower walls per site requirements.
