Product overview

• The horizontal fall protection system (lifeline) is an anchored, continuous fall-arrest system designed to allow personnel to work safely at height with freedom of movement along a predefined route (roofs, facades, platforms, industrial structures).
• The system can be installed in straight runs or around corners; the movable anchor (traveller) slides along the wire rope and passes supports without removal, enabling continuous movement.
• Designed for simultaneous use by multiple users and for a range of maintenance and access tasks.
• On arrest, integrated shock absorption and system geometry reduce peak forces to limit fall impact on the user and anchoring structure.
• Primary components are manufactured in stainless steel for corrosion resistance and wide environmental suitability.

Key components

• End Anchor: Fixed anchor point and bracket in stainless steel 316L; CE certified, compliant with EN 795:2012.
• Intermediate Support: Welded support allowing travellers to pass smoothly without removal; spaces maintained to limit rope sag.
• Turn Support: Corner support designed for smooth rope passage and traveller movement around bends.
• Tensioner: Device to tension the lifeline, reduce lateral displacement during a fall, and limit fall height and impact forces.
• Shock Absorber: Energy-absorbing element that mitigates arrest forces to protect personnel and structure.
• Movable Anchor (Traveller): Runs along the lifeline, negotiates intermediate and turn supports smoothly, and can be assembled/disassembled at any position.
• Wire Rope: Available in zinc-coated, stainless steel 304 or 316; diameters specified per model.
