Overview
The CH Series Construction Hoist is engineered for high-cycle high-rise construction logistics. Available in single-cage (CH200) and twin-cage (CH200/200) configurations, the system uses gear-driven rack-and-pinion motion and variable-frequency control to transport personnel and materials at selectable speeds up to 63 m/min. Designed for continuous site operation, the CH Series balances throughput, safety devices and energy-efficient drive options to support demanding construction schedules.

• Safety Device: Overspeed lock automatically engages if descending speed exceeds the rated limit; power to the hoist is cut and the cage stops immediately.
• Tie-in (Anchoring): Structural anchor system that secures the mast to the building, restrains sway and transfers lateral loads to maintain stable vertical lifting.
• Drive Unit: Gear motor driving the pinion along the rack to produce positive, controlled vertical movement.
• Mast Section: Primary load-bearing, modular mast sections providing vertical guidance and extendable to required working heights.
• Rack and Pinion Drive: Forced drive system delivering accurate positioning and high holding capacity.
• Variable-frequency Drive (VFD) Unit: Controls hoist logic and provides smooth start/stop operation; supports smart control and voice module integration for passenger comfort and operational control.
