Overview
The MC Series mast climbing work platforms are engineered access solutions for large-scale façade construction and restoration. Available in single- and twin-mast configurations, these platforms offer a stable, variable-width working deck that adapts to complex building geometries. Constructed with galvanized components and driven by rack-and-pinion technology, the MC Series transports personnel, tools and heavy materials (up to 6000 kg) directly to the working height in an efficient single-cycle operation.

Product Details

• Drive Unit: Gear motor propels the work platform up or down along the mast. Manual descent mechanism permits safe lowering in case of power loss.
• Overload Detection Device: Activates audible and visual alarms and disconnects power when rated load is exceeded.
• Overspeed Safety Device: Stops platform motion and disconnects power when actuating speed is reached.
• Rack Detection Switch: Prevents platform detachment from the mast. Actuation disconnects power; reconnection requires manual descent and switch reset.
• Work Platform: Modular deck system configurable for different operational requirements.
• Towable Chassis: Solid tires and retractable outriggers provide stable support for safe positioning and transport.
