The T150 Tower Climber is a specialized vertical-access solution for tower cranes and confined-space installations. • Upper-End Stop with Buffer: Two mechanical end stops with buffers are installed at the upper and lower ends of the guide rail to prevent overrunning in case of switch failure.
• Operator Fall Arrester: The operator fall arrester connects to the guide rail and a full-body harness; it locks inside the guide rail immediately if a fall occurs to prevent serious injury.
• Manual Descent Function: In the event of sudden power loss, the manual descent lever allows controlled, safe lowering of the car.
• Car Fall Arrester: Located on the car and running inside the guide rail, this arrester locks instantly in case of a fall to hold the car in place.
• Overload Protection System: On overload the unit sounds an alarm and cuts power, stopping operation until the overload condition is corrected.
