Product Overview
This spring-loaded work support prevents workpiece chattering and deflection during heavy-duty machining. The piston lowers when the workpiece is loaded and is locked by turning the hex head. The hex head locking shaft can be operated manually or with an impact wrench, enabling use with nut runners on automated production lines. Body: 1050 steel with black oxide finish. Hex head and locking shaft: 4135 steel, quenched and tempered, black oxide finish.
