The Belt Edge Protector (BEP) is a wear-resistant UHMW edge cover designed to prevent packages from sliding beneath conveyor belts, reducing product loss and unplanned downtime.

How to Order

• Determine the total linear feet of conveyors to be protected and whether both belt edges will be fitted with BEPs to calculate required footage
• Determine the number of Protector Kits required. Each kit includes eight 8 ft pieces (64 ft per kit)
• Determine how many Install Kits are needed based on the number of BEP Kits, the number of systems requiring installation, and the number of labor crews working simultaneously

Install Kits are required for proper installation. Each Install Kit includes drill bits, additional shims to align BEPs to the belt, and an appropriate-size wrench for fastening to the conveyor side wall.
