Hitch Guards provide a smooth transition of product over conveyor hitches to prevent small objects from becoming lodged in the hitch, reducing the risk of longitudinal belt tears, damage to conveyed products, and unscheduled downtime. They are designed as segmented UHMW components that release individual segments when obstructed so objects are quickly dislodged while the remaining segments stay secured for continued operation.
