Product Overview
JCT Machinery supplies industrial reactors including stainless steel reactors, jacketed (double-jacket) reactors and coil/pipe coil reactors for applications in resins, coatings, adhesives, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and food processing. Reactors perform mixing, heating, chemical reaction and cooling in continuous or batch production.

How to choose a reactor
Adhesives — Recommended: cooling jacket, high-shear dispersion system. Suitable for high-viscosity formulations.
Resins — Recommended: external coil heating, high-temperature and pressure design. Improves polymerization efficiency.
Coatings — Recommended: precise temperature control, automatic discharge valve. Ensures color stability and consistent viscosity.
Pharmaceutical & Food — Recommended: SS304/316 with mirror polish. Meets hygiene and cleanability requirements.
