Dry cooler VLE series

Dry coolers with exchanging coils in a “V” shape and axial fans of diameter 800 and 910mm, EC type electronically commutated and three-phase connection from 380 to 480V and 50/60Hz. These fan motors have a programmable speed control through a DC inlet 0-10V or 4-20mA. This system provides maximum energy efficiency in the whole range of speeds. The set-up of the VLE series reduces the area occupied by the unit an average of 35% compared with other types of condensers. CHARACTERISTICS They can be used to cool all kind of liquids, generally water or water-glycol coming from water condensing units but also for the cooling of oil used for the lubrication of cold installations compressors. Casing in galvanized and coated steel with a white polyester RAL-9002 resin of high corrosion resistance. Floating coil system that avoids any kind of contact between the copper tubes and the supporting end plates, assuring a long life for the condenser without leaks. Axial fan motor EC type electronically commutated for three-phase current lines from 380 to 480V and 50/60Hz. With IP-54 protection SPECIFIC OPTIONS OF THIS RANGE Fan motors wired to an external junction box. Liquid pipe connections by means of flanges. Water spray system over the finned coil to improve the efficiency (see PA range).
