The Fumex ASE/ASEM series consists of manual and motorized exhaust hose reels for worksites with all types of stationary vehicles. It is a practical solution that helps keep the work area clear by retracting the hose when the extractor is not in use. ASE features a spring return mechanism, while ASEM is equipped with a motorized return, making it particularly suitable for installations with high ceilings.

The ASE/ASEM 65/85/125 models are supplied as standard with a high-quality, crush-resistant EPDM hose and are available in diameters of Ø75, 100, 125 and 150 mm. The manual ASE versions can be fitted with an additional spring if required, while the ASEM versions are the motorized equivalents. Recommended installation height for ASE/ASEM 65/85/125 is 3 to 4 metres, and motor operation is recommended for higher mounting heights and longer hose lengths.

The ASE/ASEM 130 is developed for applications where very high airflow is required. It is equipped with a heavy-duty high-quality EPDM hose in Ø200 mm, with a Ø200 mm connection dimension. ASE 130 is fitted with double spring packs to support the additional hose weight, while ASEM 130 uses dual motors for the same purpose.

A wide range of exhaust nozzles is available as accessories for the ASE/ASEM series, and additional accessories include automatic mechanical dampers, controls for electric dampers, double spring packs and control units for motorized reels. All models can also be equipped with special hoses, including hoses with higher temperature resistance.

The series is designed for reliable vehicle exhaust extraction and flexible adaptation to the needs of the workplace and the planned installation height.
