Our DXU range of High Voltage Ceramic Capacitors offer output voltages from 10kV up to 50kV to meet the most stringent requirements of high voltage applications. Also known as doorknob capacitors, Genvolt high voltage ceramic capacitors are made from a ceramic dielectric and are then encapsulated in epoxy resin. The terminal threads on the capacitors are either M4 or M5, depending on model, with a thread depth of 4mm. They are designed for applications which require a low dissipation factor and a small voltage coefficient, have excellent temperature characteristics, low partial discharge and a large capacitance.
