The ASA-4 extraction arm is a versatile and highly efficient solution designed to meet the demands of industrial environments requiring safe and effective fume and dust extraction. Built with a focus on maneuverability, durability, and user ergonomics, the ASA-4 is ideal for tasks such as welding, grinding, and general ventilation. Its advanced design ensures smooth operation while maintaining a low-pressure drop for optimised airflow.

The arm features an aluminum duct mounted externally, reducing airflow resistance and enhancing overall efficiency. This design eliminates internal moving parts, minimising maintenance needs and extending the product’s lifespan. The ergonomic handle, integrated into the lightweight aluminum hood, allows operators to position the arm precisely and effortlessly. The hood is powder-coated for durability and is available in diameters of ø125, ø160 and ø200 mm, ensuring compatibility with various applications and airflow requirements.

Available in lengths of 2, 3, and 4 meters, the ASA-4 arm can be extended up to 9 meters with the addition of extension arms, providing flexibility for different workspace configurations. The GEOFLEX Weld hose, designed for durability and efficiency, withstands a temperature range from -10°C to +60°C (short-term +110°C), making it suitable for diverse operating conditions.

With a capacity of up to 2,000 m³/h, the ASA-4 arm ensures effective removal of airborne contaminants, creating a safer and cleaner work environment. Accessories such as lights and nets can easily be integrated into the hood, offering additional functionality. Constructed primarily from aluminum, the ASA-4 remains lightweight and robust, delivering reliable performance tailored to industrial needs.
