Overview
PowerBox IV is an automatic control unit designed to manage motor-driven dampers and fans for industrial extraction systems. It detects machine activity and triggers ventilation only when needed, reducing unnecessary runtime. The unit includes a built-in 24 V / 60 W transformer and supports individual sensitivity and timing settings for multiple machines.

How it works
PowerBox IV continuously monitors machine inputs and automatically opens a motor damper and/or starts a fan when activity is detected. When the machine stops, the device closes the damper and stops the fan after the configured delay. This behaviour minimises unnecessary ventilation, lowers operating costs and reduces wear on fans and dampers.

Compatibility and installation
Designed for installation in industrial extraction circuits, PowerBox IV can manage up to three separate machines. Each input offers independent sensitivity adjustment to match distinct production processes. The unit includes a 24 V / 60 W transformer suitable for driving compatible motor dampers and control devices.
