Data loggers are electronic devices that record temperatures over a period of time for analysis at a later date. The user decides what information is required and the device records it. These data loggers incorporate a "thermistor" sensor that measures the temperature, the chip of the microprocessor then stores the data. Stored data can be transferred to a computer, via USB support or by radio frequencies for later analysis.
