Description

This polypropylene, food simulant probe is designed for use in food storage and refrigeration. The probe simulates the temperature of food in chill cabinets and similar appliances. With a measuring range going from 0 to 100ºC and a 1m long PVC/PUR lead, this NTC probe is a strong and versatile instrument which thanks to its Lumberg connector can be combined with our Therma 22 or Therma 22 Plus digital thermometers. Catering, industrial or food processing are some of the multiple fields where this probe operates.
