TG 150 is designed for the manufacture of self-adhesive materials of various types. This machine is designed to solve all the major width problems faced by slitting departments. The diameters are 3” and 1 ½” with width starting from 9 mm. It offers a working width of 1650 mm. The internal core diameter of the rolls is 3”, with an option of 1 ½” made available upon request. The finished rolls have a diameter of 150 mm. The slitting systems that offer a minimum slitting width of 9 mm, use razor blades but score knives are available upon request. The machine is designed with several automatic functions, such as end tab application, transversal cut off, core loader in line with the slitter-rewinder, as well as automatic rewind shaft transfer system from the slitter-rewinder to the core loader and the other way round. It takes approx. 27 sec. per cycle of 66 m. rolls. TG150 comes with a roll transfer to packaging lines and accessories for converting of 600 mm. jumbo rolls of printed and neutral BOPP.
