Pack-Roll System TG 90 manufactures super-clear rolls measuring one-inch in diameter from BOPP, UPVC and cellophane. The technology is pretty simple and the machine, quite user-friendly. The working width of the machine is 1650mm. The maximum diameter for a finished roll is 90 mm and the internal core diameter for the roll would be one inch. The minimum slitting width is 12mm. Razor blades and score knives are usually used for slitting. Integrated with an automatic core loader and a rewind shaft system. The cycle time for 10 meter of BOPP rolls would be approximately 18 seconds and for 33 meter rolls would be 24 seconds. There are splicing tables, and a second tab that would help totally or partially cover the core.
