OPERATIONS of the Jaw Crusher :
The principle of crushing is obtained by bursting the stone due to the exentric movement of the mobile jaw. The reduction ratio is highly variable ; it can be obtained without stopping the crusher by using an adjustement screw located on the mobile jaw.
DESIGN :
- Heavy-duty welded sheet steel structure.
- One set manganese steel reversible jaws.
- Two flywheels one serving as drive pulley.
- One safety shear rod designed to break in case of unbreakable material being drawn into the crusher.
ADVANTAGES :

- Highly-reduced maintenance because an automatic bearing lubricating system has been incorporated in the crusher.
- Economical because of its low motor power compensated by a flywheel and its sturdiness.
