Description
Used to grind, disintegrate or homogenize in fine particles, any type of dry of soft products with average hardness.
THEORY OF OPERATION:
- The product is loaded in the center of the mill by a feeding chute.
- The product is so moved by centrifugation and milled by impacts on the hammers and through a stator.
- The product granulometry is adjusted by the peripheric screen.
- The product discharge is carried out in the lower part.
DESIGN:
- The stator, equipped with two ring gears, is fixed on the door.
- The rotor, equipped with interchangeable manganese steel hammers, is assembled on a shaft put in a sheath totally dismountable.
- The feeding chute is fixed on the door and is equipped with a permanent magnetic separator easily accessible by flap with fast opening.
