THEORY OF OPERATION:
- Materials are reduced by the impact percussion effect produced by articulated hammers turning at high speed in a removable impact plate crushing chamber.
- The products are graded at the exit by a grill made of bars, the intervals of wich can be adjusted, with three differential crushing zones to facilitate product evacuation.
DESIGN:
- Heavy-duty welded sheet metal structure.
- Flange rotor on wich the articulated hammers are mounted.
- The rotor rotates within ball bearings.
- Rotor drive is by an electric or thermal motor.
- A sieving grill is provided by adjustable-spread bars.
ADVANTAGES:
- Possibility of obtaining a grading curve by rapid adjustment of grid opening.
- Economical: by reversal of bars
- Energy-saving due to flywheel.
- Accessible internally through fast-locking doors.
- High reduction ratio 1/20 and more.
- Sturdiness because of its welded metal design.
