PD Series tube laser cutting machines are modular systems designed for small and medium length tubes (6–12 meters) and a wide diameter range, offering flexible configuration and automated options for efficient tube processing.

Overview
Modular design with configurable roller supporters and fixture unloading supporters to meet basic accuracy requirements. The system supports two chucks for common-size workpieces and a straight cutting torch for standard straight cuts.

Key features

• Fully enclosed dustproof claw: Pneumatic four-claw roller with self-centering grasping and clamping linkage; feeding and fixed chuck seats use plate welding with high-temperature annealing, rough machining, vibration aging and high-precision machining for rigidity and dynamic performance.
• Mechanical transmission chuck: Fool-proof design with internal oil circuit circulation for long service life and reversible operation; wired transmission safety test device for reliable, low-risk operation and stable accuracy adjustment.
• Clamping system: High safety when gas is cut off with maintained pressure; mechanical transmission structure for stable 24-hour production; short-stroke gripper with high repeatability; digital monitoring for real-time pipe size identification.
• Rear chuck: Exhaust structure with good internal sealing; front and rear air exhausters remove high-temperature gas and cutting dust to reduce thermal deformation and improve the working environment; chuck includes clamped pipe size recognition and corresponding sensors.
• Floating support: X-axis gear-and-rack transmission with linear guide rail guidance; servo auxiliary support floats to prevent pipe sagging and improve processing accuracy.
• Adjustable console: Console adjustable to operator height with multi-angle rotation for convenient observation and operation.
• Optional feeding solutions: Semi-automatic feeding—manual loading onto rack with automatic feed to the clamping turntable; Full-automatic feeding—automatic loading from silo, automatic feeding with length detection and finished parts sliding to the finished frame.
