Product Brief
One or more units of SG1300-JS/SG1300-2JS machine(s) are able to form a stainless steel sheet/coil surface finishing machine line. It utilizes wide abrasive belt heads with oil to achieve optimal surface finishing results (most commonly No.4 and Hairline). The oil/wet operation provides a more delicate and smooth finish compared to dry operation machines. The complete line typically includes one or multiple SG1300 series machines, connecting roller conveyors between machines, a degreasing machine, a cleaning and drying machine, and a surface laminating machine. For coil-to-coil finishing lines the configuration is composed of decoiler, straightener, and coiler. Two-side finishing is available with an additional “bottom sanding” SG1300 series machine.
